Terms & Conditions

Build with Leon · Last updated October 26, 2026

1. Agreement

Your signed written estimate and these Terms & Conditions are the full agreement between you and LeonLink (Leon Tucker). If they conflict, the estimate wins. Nothing is agreed until you approve a written estimate. Sending the estimate form or an email is a request only.

2. The $99 deposit

Every category starts with a $99 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. It covers labor, mockups, drafts, an invoice for the deposit, and up to 6 corrections.

3. Corrections

You may submit corrections as a list with as many items as you like. Each correction update you submit counts as one full correction, no matter how many items it contains. The deposit includes up to 6 corrections. Further corrections are quoted separately.

4. Turnaround

Corrections are usually returned within 24 hours after you submit them, but can take up to 7 business days.

5. Payment schedule

$99 deposit, then 40% at the start of the build (tools, labor and prep), then 50% on completion. The final 50% is due only after you have seen the mockups, plan and PDFs and had time to request corrections. All invoices are issued after your estimate and paid through Stripe. Work pauses on unpaid invoices.

6. Pricing

Cost zones ($ low, $$ mid, $$$ high) show where an average build usually lands. They are not quotes. Your written estimate sets the final price.

7. What the deposit and estimate include

One basic version of the build as described in your estimate, the mockups, plan and PDFs, and corrections as described above.

8. What is not included

Unless your estimate lists it: extra features, extra pages or games, content writing, third-party fees (domains, hosting, app stores, Stripe and other service fees), and ongoing hosting or support.

9. Change orders

Anything outside the written estimate is a change order. It is priced in writing and starts only after you approve it.

10. Cancellation

Either side can cancel in writing. You pay for work completed up to that date. The deposit and payments for completed work are not refunded.

11. Ownership: white label (rebrand)

You get a license to sell, redistribute, lease and brand the build. The code stays Leon's, and he may keep selling it to other customers. You can't claim sole rights to the code.

12. Ownership: full build

The code becomes yours when the final 50% is paid. Leon will not make, sell or brand a version of software created for you. Leon's general tools and know-how stay his in both cases.

13. Delivery and acceptance

You have 7 days after delivery to report problems that break what the estimate describes. After that, the build counts as accepted.

14. Fixes

Bugs that break what the estimate describes are fixed free for 30 days after delivery. New features and later support are quoted separately.

15. No warranty

Apart from the 30-day fixes, builds are provided as-is. There is no promise of sales, traffic, rankings or income.

16. Limit of liability

Leon's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that build. Neither side is liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

17. Casino-style and arcade builds

These are for entertainment only, with no real-money wagering built in. You are responsible for any licenses, age limits and local laws where you run them.

18. Your materials and content

You supply logos, text and photos you have the rights to use. You are responsible for how you use the finished build.

19. Confidentiality

Both sides keep each other's private business information private.

20. Portfolio

Rebrand builds may be shown as examples. Full builds are shown only with your permission.

21. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
